fresh linen friendly staff replenished amenities
The room cleaning was daily, and I received new towels and linen. The shower amenities were always replenished, along with complimentary water and coffee. The cleaning ladies were friendly and efficient. I really appreciated their service.
The pool hours felt somewhat restricted.

Breakfast included various fruits like watermelon, melon, papaya, and dragon fruit. This was a good start to each day. There were also different types of coffee from a coffee machine available.

There are two pools available. I found free loungers each time I visited. A 7/11 is very close, providing convenient access to necessities. Several currency exchange services are nearby with good rates.

The staff was friendly, respected me, and were always nice! The hotel offered a taxi service to the airport which was punctual and reasonably priced. The room service was perfect. The staff delivered everything I requested promptly.

the room was large and modern. the bathroom included his and hers sinks and a rainfall shower. i found the safe easy to access because it opened at the top.
